We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.
As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and providing a high level of service. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all visitors have a positive experience
- Take orders and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including the café and surrounding areas
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
