About the Role

Award-winning Abbatt Property Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Perms division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, providing consultative advice based on market insights, and driving business development to engage with new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with existing clients and provide consultative advice based on market insights
  • Drive business development to engage with new clients
  • Liaise with the sales team to source candidates using innovative channels
  • Interview candidates, format CVs, and produce descriptive bios to send to clients
  • Coach candidates to perform at their best in interviews
