Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Service Engineer to join our After Sales department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing our range of products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Service and maintain forklift trucks and other material handling equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  2. Respond promptly to breakdowns and provide local after-sales support to customers.
  3. Deal effectively with customer enquiries, problems, or complaints.
  4. Manage vehicle stock and deliveries.
  5. Achieve agreed targets and contribute to the success of our team.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced forklift engineer, plant fitter, or industrial equipment technician with a strong background in mechanical engineering. The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. Excellent mechanical engineering skills.
  2. Basic electrical knowledge.
  3. Effective planning and organisational skills.
  4. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. A full UK driving licence.
