Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced and delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to health and safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Operate production equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and meet customer demands.
  • Participate in quality control checks and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and suggesting solutions.
Requirements
  • Good level of English and maths skills.
  • Ability to work a 4 on 4 off days/nights shift pattern, including some weekends.
  • Experience in a similar role within FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety and food hygiene principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
