Job Summary

Seven Resourcing is seeking a skilled Joiner to join our team at Nottingham Community Housing Association. As a Joiner, you will be responsible for carrying out installation, maintenance, and repair work for the Association's housing stock and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair work in accordance with agreed targets and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Carry out Joinery and Multi-Trade installations, upgrades, maintenance, and repairs in NCHA managed properties.
  • Coordinate services with other trades and work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors, and partners to deliver an excellent service to customers.
  • Manage stock and supplies to ensure timely completion of works.
  • Complete and return documentation within agreed timescales, updating and maintaining manual and computerized records.
Requirements:
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent, or significant relevant experience.
  • Recent experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to support a team and work cooperatively with others.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of licensing requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills.
