About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our team at TCR, a leading civil engineering contractor. As a Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities on site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of site staff, including laborers, engineers, and other contractors.
  • Monitor and control site costs, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS certification.
  • First aid training.
  • EKFB induction (desirable).
