About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Coffee Connoisseur to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee drinks that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coffee Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling satisfied and valued.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe store environment, and to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Costa Coffee's products, including our teas, frappes, and seasonal offerings.
