PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct detailed segmentation analysis to categorize and evaluate inventory effectively.
  • Generate and analyze cancellation reports to pinpoint and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain the NIMD - Transactional Health Scorecard to oversee and report on inventory conditions.
  • Manage NIMD - Inventory Relocation initiatives to enhance inventory distribution and accessibility.
  • Develop and monitor essential inventory metrics to ensure streamlined inventory management and reduced inventory levels.
  • Perform Work In Progress (WIP) aging assessments to identify and address potential delays and obsolescence risks.
  • Deliver monthly evaluations of inventory health, emphasizing critical issues and trends.
  • Compile thorough monthly and quarterly reports focusing on inventory impacts and actions concerning raw materials (RM), finished goods (FG), work in progress (WIP), gross inventory, and net inventory.
  • Facilitate multiple reduction initiatives annually to decrease working capital inventory levels.
  • Support Demand-Driven Operating Model (DDOM) strategies to align inventory with organizational needs and minimize excess.
  • Evaluate redeployment opportunities across various locations to optimize inventory utilization throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute inventory strategies and enhancements.
  • Assist in various activities aimed at reducing working capital inventory, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Travel as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies regarding purchasing, health & safety, quality standards, and housekeeping.
  • Take full responsibility for achieving all relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform any additional duties as required that align with the job's responsibilities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience preferred in lieu of degree.
  • Experience in coordinating and managing projects related to inventory oversight and data accuracy.
  • Experience in managing inventory relocation and optimizing distribution processes.
  • Experience in conducting WIP aging evaluations and inventory health assessments.
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP Systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Incorta, Cognos in an administrative role.
  • Expertise in segmentation analysis and producing detailed reports.
  • Proficient in preparing and presenting comprehensive monthly and quarterly inventory reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other relevant data analysis applications.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve inventory-related challenges.
