Job Summary:
Macildowie Recruitment and Retention is seeking an experienced Content Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and user-focused written and video content for multiple HD digital brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and maintain a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, creating engaging and user-focused written and video content for multiple HD digital brands.
- Team Management: Manage a team of two Content Executives who deliver content for HD brands, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality content is delivered on time.
- Content Planning: Maintain plans, update existing copy, and produce new content, including articles and website copy, to support SEO efforts.
- Brand Support: Support product launches, brand campaigns, and other brand activities with written and video content, ensuring brand tone of voice and consistency throughout.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the wider marketing team to coordinate content delivery for campaigns, product launches, and brand activities.
- Video Production: Plan and deliver video content for use on social channels for HD brands.
- Content Review: Support the Content Designer with website copy as part of the site review process.
Requirements:
- Expertise in content creation with a keen eye for detail and exceptional editorial judgement.
- Ability to think creatively and transform early ideas into actionable plans.
- Confident and skilled communicator with excellent collaboration and team management skills.
- Hands-on experience with day-to-day content responsibilities, including maintaining and updating articles and website copy to support SEO.
