We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team at One Stop. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Shift Leaders and colleagues in one store, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and equipped to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Shift Leaders and colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly, including stock management, cash handling, and health and safety procedures.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance, and provide regular feedback and support.
  • Manage store budgets and resources to ensure that the store is operating within budget and that all resources are being utilized effectively.
  • Collaborate with other store managers and the Store Support Centre to share best practices and improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, cash handling, and health and safety procedures.
