Senior Solicitor

DCT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of high-quality work, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, and Court of Protection.

• Manage a caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, LPAs, Probate, and Court of Protection
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met
• Work closely with the Team Leader to develop and implement business strategies, including marketing and business development initiatives
• Contribute to the growth and development of the team, including mentoring and training junior colleagues
• Participate in performance reviews and provide feedback to colleagues

• 3-5+ years post-qualification experience in Private Client law
• Proven track record of managing a caseload and developing business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Driving license and own car

• Competitive salary range of £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Annual holiday entitlement of 23-25 days, depending on experience
