Job Summary

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join Mpro Recruitment Limited as a Fire and Security Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering fire and security services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls and liaising with clients regarding their security systems
  • Booking services on our in-house computer software and managing engineer schedules
  • Coordinating breakdown appointments and processing daily engineer job reports
  • Managing and coordinating the engineers, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and resources
  • Full management of the stores, including inventory and equipment maintenance
  • General administration tasks, including franking and sending reminder letters
  • Liaising with customers and colleagues via email and phone
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits

£28,000 - £30,000 Per Annum
