About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and methodical individual to fill the role of Packing and Shipping Operative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the packing and shipping of PCBA assemblies and products to customers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
  • Coordinate stock transactions, including serial and batch control, and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Create and oversee daily manifests, ensuring goods are shipped based on delivery due dates.
  • Facilitate daily collections and assist with logistics-related matters.
  • Ensure all deliverable items are picked, counted, and ready for shipment.
  • Maintain and check stock levels of packing materials, raising requests for purchase as needed.
  • Assist the QA team with returns and label and distribute incoming materials to internal departments.
Requirements
  • Highly organized and methodical individual with strong attention to detail.
  • Process owner with experience in ERP and PC systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
