About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Responsive Repairs team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and productive operation of our contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise contract operations to ensure all operatives are working efficiently and productively.
  • Deal with Reactive and Day to Day Repairs.
  • Ensure suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with work sheets and in a timely manner, meeting all contract KPI targets.
  • Liaise with customers and deal with any queries or issues that may arise.
  • Ensure works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard.
  • Ensure all client expectations are achieved.
  • Complete paperwork and reports in-line with Company procedure.
  • Drive from site to site as part of daily duties.
  • Be jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safe.
  • Attend inspections where necessary.
  • Be computer literate and able to effectively use Excel.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent.
  • 2+ years' experience working as a Supervisor or above.
  • Good Social Housing Knowledge.
  • RTW in UK and Clean Driver's Licence.
