We are a leading provider of ground source heat pump solutions, specializing in design, installation, and operation of heat pump systems. Our company is committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients, and we are seeking a skilled Project Supervisor to join our team.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee the delivery and execution of ground source heat pump installations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing resources, coordinating with teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Project Management**: Ensure installations are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards.
  • **Quality Assurance**: Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations on all sites.
  • **Team Leadership**: Direct and manage mechanical and electrical engineers, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • **Contractor Management**: Liaise with contractors to ensure project milestones are met, attending regular meetings to track progress.
  • **Procurement Coordination**: Oversee the timely procurement and delivery of necessary materials and equipment.
  • **Reporting**: Monitor and report on project progress, proactively addressing potential issues.
  • **Process Development**: Take ownership of developing and refining processes to support next stage of growth.
  • **Special Projects**: Assist with additional duties or projects as required by management.

**Requirements:**

  • **Industry Experience**: Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the plumbing, heating, or Building Services/HVAC sectors.
  • **Qualifications**: NVQ (or equivalent certification).
  • **Leadership Skills**: Experience in managing mechanical and electrical engineering teams.
  • **Certifications**: SSSTS certification and a valid CSCS card.
  • **Project Management Skills**: Strong time management, resource management, and planning skills.
  • **Travel Flexibility**: Willingness to travel for short or extended periods as required.
  • **Driving License**: Clean driving license required.
