Beverage Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of beverage services across multiple sites, including the renowned Merlins Bar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate bespoke, high-quality drink menus that reflect the luxury and style of our award-winning resort
  • Ensure consistency in every pour and drive innovation to keep our offerings fresh and exciting
  • Lead a team of beverage professionals to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement beverage strategies that align with business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in beverage operations management, preferably in a 5-star hotel or resort environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong knowledge of beverage development, menu engineering, and inventory management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
