Our client, a prominent manufacturer recognized for its innovative products and solutions across diverse sectors, is seeking a seasoned professional to join their team. This opportunity is part of a leading pan-European manufacturing group with multiple facilities throughout the UK and Europe.
Position Overview:
The Senior Manufacturing Operations Leader will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the operational and manufacturing processes at one of their key facilities located near Bloxwich.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategic advancement of manufacturing operations across various production lines, aiming for World Class standards.
- Champion the implementation of lean manufacturing methodologies, including 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Lead and inspire a team of managers, fostering an environment of motivation and professional growth.
- Introduce and refine processes that boost manufacturing efficiency and support the financial objectives of the organization over the next three years.
