About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems, ensuring optimal functionality and safety. You will work collaboratively with other engineers and technicians to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair faults in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of building services equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical support to clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Building Services Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of building services systems and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT proficiency, including intermediate/advanced level skills.
  • Working knowledge of Concept FSI Go.

Desirable Qualifications

  • 18th Edition IEE qualification.
  • NEBOSH Fire Certificate.
  • City & Guilds Refrigerant, Safe Handling certification.
  • ACS/Gas Safe qualifications.
  • Experience working in a shopping centre or retail environment.
