Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Fire Protection Contracts Manager to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Fire Protection Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple fire protection projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, to budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple fire protection projects, including site visits and audits
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress reports
  • Liaise with site and commercial staff to ensure projects are delivered efficiently
  • Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Contracts Manager role, preferably in the fire protection industry
  • Strong knowledge of fire protection projects and construction industry
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
