Job Title: Dispensary Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Dispensary Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing and developing specialist clinical pharmacy services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, cost-effective, patient-focused pharmaceutical care.
  • Provide interface and discharge liaison, and support to the wards and units within the Care Group.
  • Lead on the provision of clinical pharmacy services to the many sub-specialties within the Care Group and ensure a high level of clinical pharmacy input.
  • Develop, implement, and audit local guidelines.
  • Assist in the financial reporting to the Care Group and drug budget management.
  • Ensure seamless pharmaceutical care on discharge, liaising with other pharmacists and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • MPharm degree
  • Registered pharmacist
  • Postgraduate certificate or equivalent experience
