Job Title: Automatic Door Engineer

Job Summary:

RAW Talent is recruiting on behalf of a well-established company specialising in automatic door systems. We are seeking an experienced Automatic Door Engineer to carry out installations, servicing, and repair work on a variety of automatic doors in the Manchester area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and repair automatic doors, including sliding, swing, revolving, and telescopic doors
  • Diagnose faults and perform repairs on-site to minimise downtime for clients
  • Conduct regular PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) visits to ensure automatic door systems are fully operational and compliant
  • Maintain accurate records and complete service reports for all work carried out
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
  • Provide a high standard of customer service, building strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • ADSA Accredited with up-to-date certification
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in installing, servicing, and repairing automatic doors
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills, with experience working on a variety of automatic door systems
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to working hours and participation in call-out rota
