Job Title: Dispute Resolution/Litigation

LAW Absolute seeks an Employment Solicitor with international experience.

You will provide legal and governance advice in accordance with the charity's aims, working closely with lawyers in programme countries on employee relations processes, employment disputes, and litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal and governance advice to support the charity's aims
  • Work with lawyers in programme countries on employee relations processes
  • Manage employment disputes and litigation
  • Forge effective relationships with internal lawyers, policy groups, and external counsel
  • Work from the Midlands office one day per week

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join LAW Absolute as an Employment Solicitor with international experience. You will be working closely with lawyers in programme countries to provide legal and governance advice, manage employment disputes, and litigation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • International experience in employment law
  • Strong legal and governance skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal lawyers, policy groups, and external counsel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
