HR Policy Specialist

Our client, Edwards & Pearce, is a leading business in their industry, recognized for their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
The HR Policy Adviser will be part of an established HR team, reporting to the UK Head of HR, and will play a key role in supporting the organization's HR operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operational HR generalist with a strong employment law background to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of HR policies and practices.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing people, designing and delivering training programs, and upskilling workforces. They will also have experience working in KPI-driven environments, completing detailed data-driven reports, and establishing credibility at all levels.
The HR Policy Adviser will work closely with operational SLT teams, providing guidance and support on HR matters, and will be a strong mentor to junior HR members. They will also have the ability to read individuals well, work in an environment with informal discussions, and have strong emotional awareness.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Designing and delivering training programs
- Upskilling workforces and improving employee engagement
- Providing guidance and support on HR matters
- Mentoring junior HR members
Edwards & Pearce acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
