About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Multiskilled Technician to join our team at Steer Automotive Group in Milton Keynes. As a leading automotive repair business, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and replace body components on damaged vehicles, adhering to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer's standards.
  • Assess and implement the best methods for conducting repairs, utilizing specialist body repair equipment.
  • Support panel, MET, and paint work as required, ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
  • Provide cover in each department during times of absence, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience as a multiskilled technician across all disciplines of automotive accident repair, including panel, MET, and paint work.
  • Experience and training in working on electric and hybrid vehicles.
  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to working to high standards.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to support various departments as needed.
  • Ideal qualifications include ATA/NVQ certifications, which we will support in renewing.
