Job Opportunity: Sacco Mann is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team.

Job Summary: As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of small claims and fast-track Personal Injury matters from inception to resolution or litigation. You will work closely with the team to ensure the successful outcome of cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of small claims and fast-track Personal Injury matters
  • Assist on more complex claims as needed
  • Plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines
  • Utilize a Case Management System to track and manage cases

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a Personal Injury role
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workloads
  • Exposure to a Case Management System is preferred
