This role would be ideal for a Shift Manager looking to step up into a senior management position, leveraging their experience in managing warehouse operations and leading teams.

  • Oversee the efficient flow of stock through both Retail and International warehouses, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
  • Lead a team of 4 Warehouse Supervisors, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze productivity records to identify areas for improvement, driving efficiency and productivity gains.
  • Develop and implement operational efficiencies and process improvements within the warehouse environment, aligning with the company's growth strategy.
