Working as Part of a Team:

As a member of the residential care team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for young people.

Requirements:

  • Current driving license (subject to procedures)
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and provide written reports
  • Willingness to receive and provide feedback on performance
  • Adherence to organizational policies and procedures

General:

As a residential care worker, you will be responsible for the health, safety, and welfare of yourself and colleagues, in accordance with organizational Health and Safety Policies.
