Rm Recruit Ltd is partnering with a Housing client to find a Repairs Administrative Officer for a three-month period. This role requires office presence five days a week.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the Asset Management team by providing administrative support and delivering a high-quality repairs management service.
  • Deliver a high-quality repairs management service to the property portfolio, ensuring resident needs are met throughout their tenancies.
  • Receive, raise, and track repair requests from residents, including Out of Hours job logging.
  • Support the Asset Management Team by providing administrative services, preparing reports, and issuing agendas and documents to agreed deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain an appointments diary for the Asset Management Team, recording appointments, preparing information, and ensuring the efficient administration of the service.
  • Liaise with Building Surveyors/Repair Technicians to coordinate building repairs and improvement works to housing stock.
  • Coordinate and deal with routine written and verbal enquiries, ensuring agreed timescales are met to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files, ensuring instant access to information while maintaining data security and confidentiality.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders to contribute to the organization's objectives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in asset management administration, including compliance and repairs, and possess excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, prioritization, organizational, and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software packages.
