Assistant Store Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a driven and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team in a dynamic and inclusive culture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for enthusiastically transmitting the passion for the brand to the sales team, supporting the Store Manager, and driving sales through product knowledge and team management.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and develop the sales team, ensuring a high level of customer service and brand image.
- Sales: Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve commercial targets and KPIs, engaging the sales team through action plans and ensuring a careful brand image throughout the sales process.
- Customer Experience: Attract and build customer loyalty by paying attention to every detail and offering the highest quality service.
- Shop Operations: Ensure compliance with procedures such as inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports, team schedule management, etc.
- Degree in Business Administration and Management (desirable).
- Fashion retail experience, minimum two years.
- Fluent English, level B2 (minimum).
- Team building skills.
- Results-oriented.
