Senior Treasury / ALM Dealer

Northridge Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Treasury / ALM Dealer to join our client's team in Oman. As a key member of the Money Market Desk, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day trading activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business units in managing portfolios and enhancing credit application quality.
  • Provide recommendations on interest rate management, capital adequacy, and funding cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assess credit requests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Previous experience in a Treasury function, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
  • CFA certification is a plus.
