We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Vet Nurse to join our team at a first opinion small animal practice in the sought-after Eastbourne area of East Sussex.
Role Overview:This is a full-time opportunity with a 4-day week, including one in four Saturdays, with no Sundays or out-of-hours work. The role is varied, with theatre work, kennels, laboratory duties, and nurse clinics equally shared amongst the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including theatre work, kennels, and laboratory duties.
- Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to deliver excellent patient care and customer service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing protocols and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain and enhance nursing skills.
- Qualified Registered Vet Nurse with experience in a small animal clinic.
- Registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
