  • Handle both imports and exports from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate project and event logistics, working closely with the warehouse team to optimize operations.
  • Liaise with overseas agents and hauliers to negotiate competitive rates and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage key accounts and billing queries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Complete customs entries, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Monitor shipments throughout the process, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
Key Requirements:
  • Prior project experience in live events or projects, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of import and export transportation modes, including air, land, and sea freight.
  • Expertise in UK customs procedures and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
  • Experience with project freight, including coordination and management of complex logistics operations.
Working Hours:
  • A standard Monday to Friday schedule, with opportunities for flexible working arrangements.
