The Role

We are seeking 1-2 experienced advisors to join our Founder and another Board Advisor in a non-executive capacity to drive forward and achieve our strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide independent, objective guidance to our Founder on various business matters.
  2. Offer strategic advice on our company's direction and help meet agreed business goals and objectives.
  3. Foster business relationships with clients, prospects, vendors, industry contacts, and other stakeholders.
  4. Uphold high standards of integrity and probity, supporting our Founder and Directors in instilling a strong company culture.
  5. Contribute to developing a culture that attracts, develops, nurtures, and motivates talent within the company.
  6. Consider the views of shareholders and other stakeholders where appropriate.

Personal Specification

We are looking for an individual with:

  1. A deep understanding of multiple industries.
  2. A broad network of contacts across various industries, including Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, or Energy.
  3. Previous experience in executive positions at an enterprise company or SME (50+ employees).
  4. A successful track record of business growth and expansion.
  5. Previous experience in Professional Services/Consulting is advantageous but not necessary.

Compensation and Time Commitment

Expenses Only

2 days per month

Term of appointment will be 4 years

Location

Meetings will be virtual/remote and occasionally in the office.
