Standard hours are 08:30am - 5pm

Location:
Site-based in various developments

Compensation:
Approximately £30,000 plus commission

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a dedicated, self-driven, and resilient sales professional with substantial experience in the residential property market and Shared Ownership schemes.

The successful applicant will report to the Regional Sales Manager and will possess a proven history of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.

Previous experience as a sales consultant for a property developer or housing association is essential. A strong commitment to customer service is critical, as it underpins our operations.

You should be a collaborative team member while also being a proactive and dynamic individual with a results-oriented mindset.

Key Skills Required:

  • Expertise in Shared Ownership
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities
  • Demonstrated success in high-end property sales, ideally within new homes
  • Capacity to meet and surpass sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
  • Customer-oriented with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities Include:

  • Guiding clients through the sales process and advancing sales
  • Maintaining the presentation of the sales suite
  • Managing the sales database and ensuring its accuracy
  • Welcoming clients on-site
  • Collecting client information and understanding their needs
  • Responding to incoming sales inquiries
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Overseeing stock unit maintenance
