Care Assistant

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers in homeless hostels and supported living projects across the Hampshire area.
As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including earlies, lates, long days, sleep-ins, and waking nights. You can choose to work continuously within a single project for consistency or across different projects for flexibility and variety.
Our Support Workers value the ability to work as much or as little as they like, fitting their work around their lifestyle and other commitments. We are looking for individuals who have experience in supporting adults and post-16 young people or a similar career background.
Key skills and qualities we are looking for include emotional resilience, patience, empathy, and the ability to create and maintain safe working boundaries. You will work with individuals who may display challenging and unpredictable behaviors, and you will need to be able to provide a consistent and supportive approach.
