Strategic Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Finance Business Partner to join our team at MARBLE MAYNE RECRUITMENT LTD. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial guidance and support to our schools and central Trust functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Trust, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide high-quality financial analysis and insights to inform strategic decision-making at school and Trust level.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including management accounts and budgeting.
- Support the development and submission of business cases, ensuring alignment with Trust strategies and priorities.
- Undertake project-based work, providing financial expertise and guidance as required.
- Fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA accountant with experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and management accounting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data.
- Ability to work onsite at the Trust's Head Office in Kettering and at allocated schools in Kettering, Corby, or Wisbech.
