Blaser Mills Law is seeking a talented solicitor/legal executive to join our Dispute Resolution Department, working on Property Litigation, Civil Litigation, and Contentious Probate. Our team has a diverse caseload, including contested probate, trusts of land, construction, and general civil litigation.
Key Requirements- Experience in key areas of litigation, including drafting statements and witness evidence, undertaking disclosure, instructing and liaising with experts, and interim applications.
- Experience in advising on and engaging in ADR and settlement negotiations.
- Interest in developing business development and marketing skills to build a client base from referrals and recommendations.
Blaser Mills Law has experienced significant growth over the last five years, now employing over 140 staff with a turnover of circa £12 million. We are a full-service firm, with half of our turnover coming from the commercial side of our business.
