Backend Software Engineer / Developer (C#.Net SQL) Opportunity

Are you a skilled technologist with a strong background in C#.Net programming and SQL databases? We're seeking a talented Backend Software Engineer to join our team at Client Server Ltd., a leading provider of financial technology solutions.

As a Backend Software Engineer, you'll collaborate with our team of experienced technologists and finance professionals to develop complex algorithmic trading systems using a modern tech stack. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of technical projects from day one and work closely with our Quant teams to architect valuation, risk, and pricing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using C#.Net and SQL databases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our technical stack
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2.1 in a STEM discipline from a top-tier university
  • Advanced C#.Net programming skills, including.Net Core
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases
  • Thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns, and Algorithms
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with good business acumen
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
