Deichmann Store Management Trainee

Deichmann is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious retail professional to join our team as a Store Management Trainee. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Lead by example in promoting and recommending complementary shoe care products, demonstrating confidence with selling and excellent product knowledge.
  • Resourcing and drafting rotas, working within budget.
  • Stock management.
  • Analysing and interpreting sales performance data and reports.
  • Making recommendations for ways to improve sales performance, based on analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and identification of customer insights.
  • Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained.
  • Support the delivery of KPIs, meeting all company standards.
  • Assist in recruitment and training of the team.
Requirements:
  • A hands-on leader with experience in retail or a related industry sector.
  • A positive flexible approach with a can-do attitude.
  • Energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to work under pressure in a demanding fast-paced environment.
  • The confidence and ability to motivate, coach, and inspire the team.
  • Methodical, organised, and having a structured approach to work.
  • Numerate.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.

Salary: £28,000 per annum.
