Key ResponsibilitiesAs a General Practitioner, you will be involved in a variety of clinical duties, including:
- Conducting patient consultations, both in-person and via telehealth platforms.
- Making independent clinical decisions regarding patient care.
- Identifying and addressing the healthcare needs of patients.
- Implementing disease prevention strategies and health promotion activities.
- Developing and managing personalized care plans in collaboration with patients.
- Providing health education and counseling to patients.
- Managing patient referrals and care transitions.
- Maintaining accurate and timely patient records.
- Prescribing medications in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Performing all standard duties associated with a General Practitioner in a primary care setting.
In addition to clinical duties, you will be expected to:

- Engage in continuous professional development and participate in audits to uphold best practices.
- Contribute to the enhancement of electronic patient records.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities.
- Fully qualified General Practitioner with GMC registration.
- Experience in General Practice and ongoing professional development.
- Ability to teach and mentor medical students.
- Possession of a valid UK driving license.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
This position requires a background check as per the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act, ensuring a safe environment for our patients and staff.
