NHS is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Practitioner to join our collaborative and supportive team. Our practice has expanded significantly, and we are looking for a new member to contribute to our commitment to providing exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

As a General Practitioner, you will be involved in a variety of clinical duties, including:

  1. Conducting patient consultations, both in-person and via telehealth platforms.
  2. Making independent clinical decisions regarding patient care.
  3. Identifying and addressing the healthcare needs of patients.
  4. Implementing disease prevention strategies and health promotion activities.
  5. Developing and managing personalized care plans in collaboration with patients.
  6. Providing health education and counseling to patients.
  7. Managing patient referrals and care transitions.
  8. Maintaining accurate and timely patient records.
  9. Prescribing medications in accordance with clinical guidelines.
  10. Performing all standard duties associated with a General Practitioner in a primary care setting.
Organizational Responsibilities

In addition to clinical duties, you will be expected to:

  1. Adhere to practice policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data protection.
  2. Engage in continuous professional development and participate in audits to uphold best practices.
  3. Contribute to the enhancement of electronic patient records.

Qualifications
  • Fully qualified General Practitioner with GMC registration.
  • Experience in General Practice and ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to teach and mentor medical students.
  • Possession of a valid UK driving license.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
