IntaPeople is excited to collaborate with a dynamic organization that is making significant advancements in its industry. As a result of ongoing growth and investment, we are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to join their remote-oriented technical team within the UK.

We are in search of a self-motivated and experienced leader who can assist in the continuous development and enhancement of existing products and tools. You will closely collaborate with other Senior and Lead Software Engineers, Product Teams, and Technical Architects, while reporting directly to the VP of Engineering to design and implement substantial modifications across the platform, all while championing one of several Software Engineering teams.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Ensuring the engineering team consistently meets delivery expectations within the organization.
  • Supporting team members' performance through regular one-on-one meetings.
  • Actively bridging the gap between stakeholders and the development/product team.
  • Collaborating with other Engineering Leads, Principal Engineers, and Product Managers.
  • Overseeing the software development lifecycle from planning and prioritization to release management.
  • Fostering a positive work environment through effective mentorship.

As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and initiatives of your development team while ensuring that the products uphold the highest quality standards.

Your experience should resemble the following:

  • Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams of 5-15 members.
  • A solid background in technology and software development.
  • Advanced knowledge of software development in key technologies such as Java, Python, Salesforce, PHP, or similar.
  • Experience managing teams that heavily utilize cloud technologies, preferably with GCP or AWS/Azure.
  • Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated in both technical and non-technical environments.
  • A strong track record of working with rapidly growing businesses in fast-paced settings.
