Mortgage Trainee

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the mortgage industry, working closely with our experienced Mortgage Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording and updating lead enquiries on our database
- Conduct fact finds to gather client information
- Email confirmation of appointments to clients
- Liaise with mortgage lenders, clients, valuers, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
- Learn from Mortgage Advisors and expand your knowledge and skills
- Take daily direction and guidance from Mortgage Advisors
Requirements:
- CeMAP qualification is desirable but not essential
- Mortgage or financial experience is preferred but not essential
- Ability to commute to Cannock for a fully office-based role
