Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the pharmacy team to ensure effective medication management and patient care.

  • Medication Management and Patient Care
    • Conduct comprehensive medication reviews to identify and address medication-related issues.

  • Medicines Optimisation and Safety
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve medication safety and reduce medication errors.

Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
    • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a pharmacist.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a pharmacy setting.
    • Experience in medication management and patient care services.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in computer systems and software.
