Job Opportunity

We're seeking experienced estate programme managers to join our growing business. As a key member of our mission-focused team, you'll work on exciting and purposeful programmes and portfolios nationally and globally.

You'll collaborate with our clients, regulatory bodies, and other consultancies to help our clients achieve their objectives. We provide leadership at programme and portfolio level, creating space for our clients to deliver a green, inclusive, and productive world.

Our programmes cover work across the globe, offering exciting challenges and exposure to innovative schemes in the marketplace.

Requirements

  • Established network with the industry
  • Strong and current understanding of real estate industry trends
  • Proven track record managing large programmes of work
  • Experience in various methods of procurement and forms of contract
  • Excellent communication skills, in person and written
  • Degree/Postgraduate qualified in a relevant field
  • Professional membership desirable
