We are seeking a skilled Property Inspector to join our Repairs team at Technology Pages Ltd T/A Career Poster. As a Property Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting residential buildings throughout the Borough, ensuring they meet the required standards.

About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to carry out property inspections, identify defects, and recommend repairs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property inspections to identify defects and recommend repairs
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure repairs are carried out efficiently
  • Work independently to manage a caseload of properties
  • Collaborate with the Repairs team to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repairs
