Corporate Senior Associate Job Opportunity

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Senior Associate to join their London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented lawyer to work on complex and high-profile transactions, collaborating with a highly regarded Corporate team.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the execution of complex corporate transactions, including M&A, corporate finance, and securities transactions.
  • Work closely with the Corporate team to provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of the Corporate team's expertise and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

  • Excellent academic record and strong legal skills.
  • Between 5-8 years' post-qualification experience at a City, international, or highly regarded regional law firm.
  • Strong analytical and transaction management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive and confident attitude, with a high level of initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges.
