Senior Application Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Application Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our service desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about technology and has a strong desire to deliver outstanding support services. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line application support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Work on an IT Service Desk, handling a high volume of technical queries and issues
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Solve problems and think critically to resolve complex technical issues
  • Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Requirements
  • 1st and 2nd line application support experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and establish strong relationships
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and server experience
  • Passion for technology and ability to learn quickly
