Commercial Property Solicitor Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team at Service Care Solutions - Legal. Our client is a reputable Scottish Law Department with a strong presence in Scotland, dedicated to fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment with a strong emphasis on work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sale and purchase of commercial properties, ensuring seamless transactions and client satisfaction.
  • Draft and negotiate standard security and related funding agreements, providing expert legal advice to clients.
  • Handle property and development work, including the acquisition of land for both residential and commercial developers, with a focus on delivering top-tier legal services.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a variety of complex commercial property matters, leveraging expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Must be qualified in Scots Law, with a strong understanding of commercial property law and regulations.
  • Previous experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor is essential, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services.
  • Experience at the Associate or Partner level is preferred, with a strong ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic are essential, with the ability to prioritize workload effectively and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems is desirable, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
