Job Title: Streetworks Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Streetworks Coordinator to join our team at Network Plus Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective programming of our work, meeting our clients' SLAs and customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operations Support Manager and Operations Team in ensuring timely and accurate input and uploading of information into the works management systems.
  • Understand and work to the processes of the works system, with training provided as needed.
  • Be responsible for Streetworks performance and driving continual improvements with the Operational teams.
  • Validate and transmit notice/permit requests in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other 3rd parties, such as Parking suspensions, bus stop suspensions, and road closures.
  • Analyse and respond to Section 74 charges & fixed penalty offences.
  • Run and circulate daily jeopardy reports as required.
  • Monitor and chase any outstanding issues.
  • Provide general admin support and be part of a call desk.
  • Ensure that safety issues are reported in line with Company procedures.
