Supply Chain Specialist

Join a leading sports brand as a Supply Chain Specialist and play a pivotal role in ensuring their products reach retailers worldwide seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to execute planning team activities, ensuring alignment with short, medium, and long-term business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end order management process, including order processing and master data alignment.
  • Identify and communicate supply and demand imbalances to demand and production planning teams, working collaboratively to minimize future availability issues and mitigate service risks.
  • Schedule and organize product shipments by sea and road, with experience in dealing with imports from the Far East into the UK/Europe and exports from the Far East to various countries worldwide.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarding suppliers to confirm shipments and update delivery dates, working closely with the Warehouse Team to ensure accurate booking of incoming goods and fulfillment of outstanding orders.
  • Reconcile system inventory with physical inventory and ensure accuracy.
  • Work with shipment timelines, proactively planning for public holidays and their impact on production and dispatch schedules.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
